As integral to British culture as it is to Executive Chef Ryan Lister’s heritage, Sunday roast guarantees a meal with bold flavours, textures, and sauces. We serve each plate with roasted potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and pan gravy. And because you can’t have too much of a good thing, all roasts (not just beef!) include Yorkshire pudding—because in our kitchen, the rules are meant to be broken.
